| The Air Regulator on the back of the Intake Manifold, has a Two Wire Connector on it.. The Wires will be Black and Orange.. this Hot wire ( Orng) _ is the same wire that feeds +12 to the Fuel Pump after the Relay.. Unplug the Connector.. Have a friend turn the Ignition switch on, and see if you have 12 Volts at the Black/Orng wires.. A Test lite will work also.. They are easier to work.. the ECU should be pulling the Fuel Pump on to Prime upon power up of the ECU ( Key On ).. then the ECU will drop the Power if the CAS is not turning.. I'm wondering if SOMEHOW the Fuel Pump Relay is not pulling in.. it's strange If the ECU is somehow Fubar.. as itd have to be still able to run normal.. Could be a Fuel Pump Relay problem.. Just guessing here.. I'm wondering if it's a FCU problem??.. or wiring.. If you have 12 volts at the Orange black set.. then it's getting the Hot Side of the Fuel Pump Sig out of the ECU and through the Fuel Pump Relay... and if the Fuel Pump is not running then it's the FCU..
